Dot bogus

I am now on level 116. I believe the algorithm is wrong on this level for the following reasons. One needs to create groups of 4 dots each move to be successful. The game does not distribute the required dots to create a match of four. Furthermore, there is a countdown placed randomly on a dot. But the game does not supply dots that can be moved to cancel the countdown. This is very frustrating. Finally the brown matching symbols sometimes only allows one to create a match of three not the required four. One will never move past this level. Please fix the algorithm. Thanks
